Kids Hope Mentor Training

If you are interested in investing in the lives of the children of this community this school year, please plan to attend a training event this Thursday, August 30th at 6:00p. Please contact Kasi Armes with questions or for more information.

College Connections

Going to college can be stressful and chaotic time. Through College Connections, families and individuals can help students through the transitions of college by offering support an connection to their home church by “adopting” a student for the school year. We are still in need of people to sign up, we are expecting a large amount of college students from both Taylor and Indiana Wesleyan University this year. Email office@fairmountwesleyan.com if you are waiting to be a part of this ministry.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Taste of Marion is an opportunity for us as a church to introduce ourself to new students at Indiana Wesleyan University. Help us out by providing them with cookies on Friday, September 7th. Contact the office if you are interested in helping out.

During the next few weeks our children’s area will be remodeled to create a secured children’s space as well as a hallway that will allow passage from door 3 to the Welcome Center. If you have some construction skills and would be willing to help, please contact Matt Patton or the church office. Marriage Retreat at Fairmount Camp

Marriage Retreat is September 7-9 with speakers Johnnie and Amanda Blair and worship is lead by Aaron and Jessi Kipfer. You can register at fairmountcamp.org, price is $1o5.

Pillowcase Dresses

The ladies Bible Study is seeking donation of old pillowcases, cotton fabric, double fold bias tape, 1/2″ or 3/4″ wide elastic so they can make dresses for children around the world. For more details, please contact Patty Painter at 765 618 5596

Club Night and Prayer Service

This Wednesday, August 22nd, Kids Club and Club56 are resuming from 6:30-7:30p, doors open for both at 6:15p Kids Club (5yrs-4th Grade) is meeting at the Church. Club56 (5th & 6th graders) is meeting at the Family Life Center. Prayer Service is also resuming this Wednesday, at 6:30pm and in Room 205.

The Discover Track

Is held on the 1st Sunday evening of each month at the church. September Track will be about membership in the Wesleyan Church and Fairmount Wesleyan.

Club Night Carnival

Join us for an of evening of games, food, and fun. The Back 2 School Kick-Off Bash for Kids Club and Club 56 will be this Wednesday, August 15th, 6:15pm – 7:30 in the church parking lot. We’re excited for what God has in store for this school year! Invite a friend and plan to be involved!

Thank you to all who helped make All Church Sunday possible!

Ignite Back 2 School Bash Weekend

Starting on the August 11th at 1p, we will go bowling, then head back to Church to watch a movie, play games, and eat food and by done around 8p! Then Sunday the 12th, from 6-8pm we will have more food, games, and worship! Cost of the whole weekend is $5

Kids Club & Club 56 Back 2 School Bash

Wednesday, August 15th from 6:15p-7:30p join us as we kick off our Mid-Week Club Night with a Carnival! Games, snacks, and bounce house! If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Nick.

ALL Church Sunday

Please join us next Sunday at Fairmount Camp for our All Church Sunday service. Service will be in the Tabernacle beginning at 10:30am. Following the service you are invited to stay for a carry-in meal in the dining hall. The church will provide the meat and drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share with the church family. Nursery will be provided.

End of Summer Bash

Ignite Student Ministry is ending the summer with a big party. Swimming and a good time! 6:30-8pm at the Fox’s home, 16498 N. 100 E. Summitville, IN 46070. Contact Pastor Nick if you have any questions.

Prayer Walk/Golf Cart Ride 

On Wednesday, August 1st we’ll meet at the church at 6:00pm to begin our community prayer walk/ride. Let’s pray together as a church family for the Lord’s leading, the Lord’s provision, and the Lord’s blessing to rest upon our town.

The Discover Track

Madison-Grant Ministerial Prayer Walk

For the 2018-2019 school year will take place August 5th at 4:00pm.  Meet in the back parking lot of the Madison Grant High School. Together we will spend some time praying for our students, teachers, and school system staff.

Family Camp

You’re invited to Cross Roads District Family Camp out at Fairmount Campground. Events and activities all throughout the day and 7p is night rally.

Prayer Walk/Golf Cart Ride 

Meet us at the church Wednesday, August 1st, 6:30pm-7:30pm as we walk/ride and pray for our town. If you have a golf cart please bring it.

Each Tuesday morning at 11:15am in the church office a group gathers to send notes of encouragement to those within the church. Each of these notes are prayed over and are offered to the Lord to be used to help point each of us back to the Lord. For more details, please contact the church office.

Sunday, July 15th, Ignite Student Ministry is leaving to go to Pine Lake for the day. Leaving the church at 3p and getting back around 8p.
