Lead Pastor

Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in Christian ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996 and a Master’s of Arts in Ministry in 2008. He has served in pastoral ministry since 1995 and was ordained by The Wesleyan Church in 1998. Jeff served on staff at Westview Wesleyan from 1995-2010 then became the lead pastor at Fairmount Wesleyan in 2012.

Care and Connection Pastor

Rev. Dr. Amy Luedtke has a passion to see people grow deeper in Christ and find their identity and freedom in Him, especially through prayer and the Word. Amy has taught Psychology for over two decades and offers pastoral counseling both online and in-person. She and her husband, Jeff, have two married children and have entered the glorious stage of grandparenting. She enjoys card/board games, unsweet tea (she’s from Michigan!), reading, and family time.

Multiplication and Discipleship Pasor

Jared earned a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2019 and a Master’s in Practical Theology in 2021. He has served in pastoral ministry since 2020, was ordained by The Wesleyan Church in 2022, and joined the Fairmount Wesleyan staff in 2022, where he oversees groups and discipleship.
