Faith Promise Reminder - if you made a Faith Promise for 23-24, please be sure to get those in by October. We will be making new promises this October for 24-25.

Club765 Fall Outing - October 13, 2024 - Kendal Family Farm Adventures (pumpkin patch and corn maze) - $15 (see flyer above and sign up here!)
Collegian Adoptables - Collegians! Would you like to be "adopted" by a church family to connect with all generations, be encouraged, and share a meal or go to an actual home?! If so, learn more and sign up here. We'll be pairing families and students soon!
Fall Groups are Open! - Check out the new line up of Groups here and sign up!
Block Party - Fairmount's Block Party has the local churches coming together to put on a Fall Festival for the town. Come out from 4-6pm to enjoy games, candy, snacks, and more! If you'd like to help be a part by providing a carnival game, running an inflatable, distributing candy, etc, please contact the church office here. Individually wrapped candy is also being collected in the office for this event.

Interviews with local prayer warriors (88 year old male and 91 year old female) teach us over these next weeks how they pray. Enjoy their quotes and humble suggestions:
- We can't bring the results; leave the results to God. Just trust and obey.
- Prayer is a divine appointment - watch for what He is teaching. There are no coincidences.

Club765 Volunteers - Do you have interest in helping with FWC's new club for 5th-7th graders?! If so, email Jordan Luedtke here
Bridges - if you would like to mentor a child at Park Elementary one hour per week for the school year, contact Pastor Jared here to get a background check and ask any questions. Training is coming up on Aug. 22 (other training will be coming) and mentoring begins the week of Sept. 5.
Hurricane Relief - two opportunities to help those in North Carolina:
- Cases of bottled water are being taken down by our district along with cases of canned goods, feminine hygiene products, diapers and toiletries. Drop off supplies at Lakeview Wesleyan Church on Oct. 12 or before 2pm on Oct. 13
- Sy Sparks is traveling down Oct. 17-20 to cook food for those in need. He needs monetary donations, an enclosed trailer, and anyone who would like to join. Talk to Sy if you are interested at 260-568-1004
