- August 4 - Madison Grant Prayer: The community churches will be gathering at the Madison Grant High School main entrance on Tuesday, August 4th at 6:30p for a time of prayer as another school year begins.
- August 6 - Discover Your Purpose 1 Class - 6-8pm at Luedtke's house. Email Pastor Amy (care@fairmountwesleyan.com) to ask questions, sign up, and know what to bring. What is your great joy and passion in life? How has God uniquely gifted you to make an impact for His Kingdom? This interactive class is designed to help you find your identity in Christ, learn your spiritual gifts, and discover how you were uniquely designed to make a difference in the world.
- August 11-16 - Legacy Camp @ Fairmount Camp
- August 23 - FWC goes to two services! MORE STORIES with every seat filled. Plan now to consider "worship for one and serve for one" service. Services will be held at 9:00am and 10:45am.
- August 29 - Run4Ghana - 5K fundraiser for Ghana Ministries, one of our mission partners. See flyer in the Welcome Center for more details and deadlines.
- September 3 - Discover Your Purpose 2 Class for Men Only - If you have been through the first Discover Your Purpose Class, then this sequel class is for you! DYP2 promotes a deeper connection with God by teaching rhythms to intentionally set our lives on Jesus. It's about spiritual transformation. As in DYP1, this class will be interactive and discussion-oriented but more meditative in nature. Details - 6-8pm, Luedtke House (6629 SE 00 W, Jonesboro).
