November 16-December 7 - Christmas tags will be available to buy for those in need at Christmas. All gifts must be returned to FWC by Dec. 7
November 23 - FWC's Friendsgiving carry-in after church at Fairmount Camp dining hall
December 7 - Chili/Grilled Cheese lunch fundraiser for Erin & Emily Martin (see Make a Difference below)

Discipleship/Mentoring - FWC is actively seeking mentors for new baptizees. Once someone gets baptized here, we'd love for them to have a connection in the church starting with a 4-meeting commitment including sharing stories, reading the Bible, praying, and connecting into a community of believers (this curriculum is provided). Have you ever thought you might have something to offer another person and help them along on their spiritual journey? A disciple is someone who makes more disciples. Sharing life and sharing stories is the starting point for this to happen. If you would be open to discipling or mentoring someone younger in their faith (whether short or long term), email Amy here. Likewise, if you would like to have a mentor, use the same email link.

Memorize Scripture - over the next 6 weeks, a new way of memorizing Scripture will be listed here. Give it a try! Be ambitious with getting God's Word in your heart (Psalm 119:11).
- #1 - Meditate on it - imagine the verse happening in real life; soak in what it means as you repeat it
- Need some verses to memorize? Try these: Exodus 14:14; Philippians 1:6; Psalm 143:8; Psalm 139:23-24; Psalm 19:14; Ephesians 2:10

Parking/Seating - our church is growing! We are seeing more baptisms and consistent visitors. If you are able and willing, please consider creating more space for parking by parking in Luckey's Grocery Store parking lot as well as watching for those who need a seat in the sanctuary. Be prepared to scoot toward the middle of your row and/or give up your seat for those without one. When needed, metal folding chairs are at the bottom of the northwest staircase (by door #2). Thank you for making a difference in this way!
Martin Luncheon Fundraiser - Sy Sparks will be cooking chili and grilled cheese as a luncheon fundraiser for our beloved Erin and Emily Martin. Emily, age 12, has been battling leukemia. Let's save the date to support them. Lunch will be served after church and donations accepted. Location TBD
