Prayer - Please pray over the upcoming mission trips to Guatemala (July) and Ghana (September). Ask for God's protection and provision as the teams bond and prepare

Local Church Conference – LCC is a business meeting for all FWC members. All non-members are also welcome to attend to learn more about the vision of the church and hear reports of how God has been working. This year’s conference is April 28, 6pm, FWC sanctuary.
Spring Groups Open for Sign Ups - join with others to grow closer to God and do life together. Sign up here!
Ladies Paint Party! - May 18, 10am, at The Branch. RSPV with the church office here and pay at the event. Snacks provided. Buy your drink before you head upstairs.

Spiritual Disciplines - spiritual disciplines are ways to place yourself in a position to hear from and experience God. Over the next several weeks, information will be listed here to give you resources on trying various disciplines. The primary requirement is a longing for God (Psalm 42:1-2). He is the object of our worship, so the focus is Him rather than "getting it right" or checking a box.

- Prayer - Prayer is a means of drawing near to God and sensing Him draw near to us. In prayer, we pledge allegiance to God and assert our total reliance on His grace
  - Use the Lord's Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13) as a model - go slow with it and usher in His Kingdom
  - Pray Scripture - turn a favorite verse into a prayer for yourself or others
Discover Your Purpose Class – What is your great joy and passion in life? How has God uniquely gifted you to make an impact for His Kingdom? This interactive class is designed to help you find your identity in Christ, learn your spiritual gifts, and discover how you were uniquely designed to make a difference in the world. The next class is offered May 21, 6-8pm at Luedtke’s house (6629 SE 00 W, Jonesboro). Supper is provided. Sign up here by May 19.

Rummage for Missions - May 4, 8am-3pm. If you have anything you would like to donate to this rummage sale, drop of dates will be the week of April 29: April 30 (2-6:30pm); May 1 (5:30-8pm); May 2 (10am-2pm) at the Family Life Center.
