FWC believes it is important that everyone discovers their purpose and has an opportunity to develop their giftedness to serve the church and the world.

CARE TEAM
This team encourages others through prayer, by writing cards, making phone calls, stopping for visits, and offering meals.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
This team helps us make a good first impression to our guests as they visit. Team members serve as greeters, door assistants, parking lot hosts, sanctuary hosts, and more.
KIDS LIFE TEAM
We're KRAZY about our KIDS! This team does an amazing job serving as teachers, assistants, check-in volunteers, nursery workers, snack providers, song leaders, and so much more!
TECH/SOUND TEAM
This team is for those who love technology, wires, sound, graphic design, creating online content, lighting, and more. This team has the power since they know where everything is plugged in.
WORSHIP TEAM
This team is made up of talented musicians, vocalists, and visual artists. This team leads the congregation into the presence of the Lord every worship service we gather.
YOUTH TEAM
This team comes along our youth (6th-12th grade) to encourage, pray for, and live life together. Team members teach, provide transportation, attend school events, provide snacks and more.
COMMUNITY TEAMS
THE BRANCH
The Branch is a coffee shop/community space owned and operated by Fairmount Wesleyan Church. Volunteers are always needed to help with cleaning, washing dishes, inventory, set up/tear down, and more.
EAGLE'S NEST FOOD PANTRY
This team partners with Park Elementary School in serving the community once a month with a food pantry. Volunteers assist with set up/tear down, carrying supplies, greeting guests, and encouraging the community.
KIDS MENTORING
FWC has a desire to come alongside children in our community to encourage them, invest in them, support them, and to show them the Love of God.
FAIRMOUNT CAMP
This team is active in finding ways to partner and support the ministries of Fairmount Camp. This may be during the summer camping season or through various work projects in the year.
