Here you will have access to some training videos that will help you see a bit of how we work here at the Branch, and why we do what we do. Watch through each video, pay attention to things that stick out to you, and make sure you ask any questions you have at your first shift.

After you've completed training and are starting to feel more comfortable you might find that there are still things you  want to learn. This space and these videos are for you. We've selected videos from other coffee creatives to get more information on things like milk steaming, cafe organization, and espresso. Not everything will apply perfectly to us at the Branch. But these videos offer enough similarities, and you've worked with coffee long enough that we think you can learn a lot from them.
